Loose said she believed women’s health was now being taken more seriously, but it was important that women were getting support and help from the right areas.”We have to be very mindful that social media is very positive, but there can be quite negative things as well,” she continued. “Women can get down rabbit holes. They can come away sometimes a little bit more overwhelmed and confused. “So our aim is to try and make sure that women are able to be really focused on where they can get the best resources to support themselves and have those ongoing conversations. “All the women that come and listen to us become our champions because they then go away and talk to another woman… there’s definitely a need for it, it’s just making sure women get it from the right source.”Do you have a story suggestion for Suffolk?
